πŸ”§ SVCTE Cybersecurity instructor David Malpica served as an Ignited Fellow with Western Digital’s Global Operations – Workforce of the Future team over the summer. During his fellowship, he worked on two projects: e-learning content for operators and technicians as well as a hands-on hard drive teardown project.

David is now bringing that experience to his students through three hands-on units focused on hard drive teardown, exploring how hardware protects data through an interactive simulator, and learning how to safely dispose of retired drives, giving students an inside look at the technology and careers behind the devices they use every day. Leave a πŸ‘ in the comments for David.
