🚨 ROYAL FIELD TRIP ALERT 🚨

Last week, we had the honor of welcoming some future first responders to our Santa Clara base for a behind the scenes look at what we do. From exploring the ambulance to trying on helmets and checking out lifesaving equipment, their curiosity and excitement made the day special.

Opportunities like these remind us why community outreach matters. We love sharing our profession, answering questions, and hopefully inspiring the next generation of EMTs, paramedics, nurses, and healthcare heroes.

A big thank you to the crew who helped out during this fun event, Leon and Kiana!

4 years later -- time flies when your having fun 💜

We're saying farewell to Isabella, our longest serving Cristo Rey high school "employee" and wishing her best in Rhode Island as she pursues her pre-med undergrad studies.

Royal Ambulance is proud to partner with 's Corporate Work Study Program, connecting East Bay high school students with real, paid professional experience in our billing team at our San Leandro Headquarters.

It's been one of the most rewarding partnerships we've been a part of. Valuable to our team. Transformative for the students.

Four years ago, Izzy walked through our doors as a Cristo Rey De La Salle student. Today, we celebrated her next chapter 🎉

Cristo Rey De La Salle is an East Bay high school with a model unlike any other: students spend four days a week in the classroom and one day a week working at a real company, earning credits toward their tuition while building genuine professional skills.

Four students share one full-time role, rotating throughout the week, so partners like us get consistent support and students get consistent experience. Before they ever step foot in an office, every student completes professional training covering everything from Excel to office etiquette.

We have been proud to be a Corporate Work Study partner and to have had Izzy on our team throughout her high school years. Watching her grow into a confident, capable young professional has been one of the most rewarding things we have been a part of. And she is not alone: 100% of Cristo Rey graduates earn college acceptance, with many choosing majors inspired directly by their work study placements. Izzy, we are so proud of you. The hard work and growth you put in every single day paid off. It has been an honor to be a small part of your story. Here’s to the next chapter. 🎓

On Friday, one of our Royal Ambulance CCT crews were recognized by .camino.health for their outstanding patient care! Moments like these are a reminder that behind every transport, response, and handoff is a team of people committed to showing up when it matters most. We’re proud of our crews and grateful to celebrate alongside local fire agencies, hospital staff, and EMS partners who continue to serve our communities every day. Thank you El Camino Los Gatos for bringing everyone together.

We made too many good memories this week to fit into one reel.

From grilling and chillin between calls to honoring the crews who give so much of themselves. This is what EMS Week looks like at Royal Ambulance, a week built around the people behind the radios, uniforms, late nights, early mornings, and everything in between.

To all of our EMS family, thank you for everything you do for our patients, our communities, and each other.
