🎨✨ Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop

Are you pregnant or parenting a child under age two and looking for a supportive space to connect, create, and heal?

Join us for a 6-week Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop where you'll explore your feelings through art, writing, movement, and other creative activities in a welcoming community of moms. No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are.

Participants will have opportunities to:
🌿 Reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
💚 Process emotions and build self-awareness
🤝 Connect with other moms in community
✨ Strengthen confidence and well-being

🤎 Black Infant Health (BIH) Services for Alameda County Residents

Black Infant Health (BIH) offers culturally affirming support for pregnant and parenting Black women, including:

• 20 group sessions (10 during pregnancy and 10 after baby is born)
• Support from Public Health Nurses and Mental Health Professionals
• Individual life planning and goal-setting support
• Health and family resource referrals
• One-on-one case management
• Incentives and resources
• Healthy meals and childcare provided during in-person sessions

Services are available to eligible Alameda County residents. Participants may self-refer or be referred by a provider.
