The San Manuel Library is hosting a Halloween event on October 28th from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. This year's theme is "Creepy Spiders."

The event will feature edible crafts, spooky stories, themed games, music, and costume prizes. Children 12 and under, along with their caregivers, are encouraged to wear costumes to receive a participation prize.

Additionally, Halloween books and movies will be available for checkout from our themed display from October 16th through October 31st.

During the week of September 28th, citizens of San Manuel toured the traveling museum-Charters of Freedom at the Community Center. The exhibit featured 7 replicas of founding documents and 6 banners showcasing Arizona history.

Throughout the week, attendees received various patriotic items, including American flags, 250th anniversary wristbands, and activity sheets. We also hosted a library card sign-up drive all week to encourage new memberships. On the final day of the event, guests enjoyed refreshments and music, along with a slideshow honoring the San Manuel Library volunteers.

The Charters of Freedom Traveling Museum Tour will be stopping in San Manuel the week of September 28th, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Community Center.

Visitors will have the opportunity to view bronze-etched replicas of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, along with banners highlighting Arizona history.
