🎓 CTAT Scholarship Spotlight: Christopher Benavides 🎓

We’re proud to recognize Christopher Benavides, one of our 2025 CTAT Scholarship recipients! Christopher will attend Texas A&M University–Kingsville, where he plans to major in Kinesiology.

The grandson of Gigi Benavides, Jim Hogg County Treasurer, Christopher has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and leadership. He’s earned a place on the A/B Honor Roll, is a member of the National Honor Society, and has received several honors, including:
🏅 Congressional Certificate for STEM
🏅 THSCA All-Academic/All-State Team
🏅 30-3A All-Academic/All-District Team
