We are preparing a fun Independence Day celebration for our seniors and are seeking donations from our wonderful community.

Donations can be dropped off at the Sunrise Village office located at 500 Parker Drive, San Marcos, TX. (Building 24)

Bruce has been repairing and tuning pianos all around the world since the 1970s, and every other week he volunteers his time and talent here at Sunrise Village. His experience, dedication, and kindness mean so much to our residents and staff.

Please join us in giving Bruce a huge round of applause for helping keep the music alive at Sunrise Village! 👏🎶

As temperatures rise, please be mindful of Heat Exhaustion, especially for our senior residents.

💧 Drink plenty of water
🏠 Stay indoors during peak heat (12–4 PM)
👕 Wear light, breathable clothing

⚠️ Watch for signs: dizziness, nausea, heavy sweating, weakness

❄️ Residents: If you are experiencing any A/C issues, please notify the office right away so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If you’re not feeling well, cool down and don’t hesitate to ask for help.

From those who helped plan and set up to everyone who came out and showed support, you made it an amazing day filled with fun, laughter, and great memories for our residents.

We truly appreciate each and every one of you and all the love you brought to our community. We had such a great time and can’t wait to do it again. 🌴
