We want to inform you about the transfer of academic records.
Transferring Academic Records Electronically:

Here in Texas, schools utilize the Texas Records Exchange (TREx) system for secure and efficient transfer of student transcripts. This system allows Texas Preparatory School to send students’ academic records directly to them.

To Facilitate the Transfer:
Please inform your child's school that they should request all academic records electronically to Texas Preparatory School – San Marcos via TREx.

Need Assistance?
If your child's school requires further guidance with TREx, please direct them to contact our Registrar, Ms. Deana Huggins, at [email protected]. She'll be happy to assist them with the
process.

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the permanent closure of Texas Preparatory School - San Marcos Campus, effective immediately. This decision comes after careful consideration and despite the Texas Preparatory School District's best efforts to maintain the school's operational viability.
We understand this news may be upsetting, especially considering the San Marcos campus's long history of academic achievement and dedication to its students. We are deeply grateful to all parents, students, teachers and staff who have contributed to the school's success over the years. Your support has been instrumental in providing an excellent education for countless children.
We are confident that our students will continue to thrive and will find suitable placements at other schools to continue their academic journeys. To assist with this transition, please contact [email protected].
