Will a warrant show up on a Live Scan background check? The simple answer is yes. There are three types of warrants:
1. Bench Warrant: Issued by a court, bench warrants are issued when someone doesn't appear in either a criminal or civil court. They are part of court records and will likely appear on a background check.
2. Criminal Warrant: Issued by law enforcement, this type of warrant is issued when someone is suspected of a crime. Most criminal warrants will show up on background checks.
3. Civil Warrant: Issued by a judge, issued because a person failed to do as the court ordered. These are also part of the court records and will likely appear on a background check.

June’s full Moon—typically the last full Moon of spring or the first of summer—has traditionally been called the Strawberry Moon. While strawberries certainly are red in color and are roundish in shape, the origin of the name “Strawberry Moon” has nothing to do with the Moon’s hue or appearance. The Moon usually appears reddish when it’s close to the horizon because the light rays must pass through the densest layers of the atmosphere.

Some say that the “moonlight” in the name of the beach comes from the fact that local residents used to come to the area for midnight picnics early in the early 1900s. Another popular theory is that Moonlight Beach got its name during prohibition and the bootlegging era of alcohol. Al Capone ran a big operation in Mexico, and his crews would make rum-runs to the beach because it was easily seen by boats offshore.

Many regard history’s first Notary to be a Roman slave named Tiro, who developed a shorthand system which he called notae for taking down the speeches of the famed orator Cicero. Other witnessing stenographers came to be known as notarii and scribae. As literacy was not widespread, the Notary, or “Notarius” as they were called, served to prepare contracts, wills, and other important documents for a fee.
