Yesterday’s diaper drive was a beautiful reminder of what happens when everyone shows up with heart. 💙

SMCHF is proud to partner with to bring our first Diaper Drive together. Through the generosity of our community, families across San Mateo County now have access to essential items to help care for their little ones - bringing comfort, dignity, and a little more ease to their lives.

We are deeply grateful to every volunteer, partner, and supporter who helped make the day so meaningful. This is what impact looks like.

Through our Caring Hands in Health program, the San Mateo County Health Foundation provides direct assistance to patients who have nowhere else to turn — helping cover groceries, rent, clothing, baby supplies, and medical necessities. Each donation brings comfort, safety, and dignity to a neighbor in need.

💚 Whether it’s $25 for a food box, $75 for a walker, or $250 for a car seat and stroller, your gift has an immediate impact right here in San Mateo County.
