*Public Advisory - Gas Leak*

We have received reports of a strong odor of gas coming from an unknown source in the southern portion of San Pablo (neighborhoods between 23rd St and Rumrill Blvd).

Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and PG&E have been notified and investigating.

If you smell gas, do not try to find the source. Avoid flames, electrical switches, phones, and starting vehicles while in the affected area. For emergencies, call 911.

We will provide updates as they become available.

Join us for the Tricks and the Treats. It'll be a little Spooktacular and lots of Fun!

🎀 PINK PATCH PROJECT 🎀

During the month of October, you may see SPPD Officers wearing pink patches on their uniforms, in observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month; the Pink Patch Project is an annual public awareness campaign designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer, and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease.

🎀✨ Yesterday, San Pablo City Leadership stood alongside our SPPD team wearing pink patches and clothing, in support of this meaningful campaign.✨🎀

If you would also like to support this cause, commemorative SPPD Pink Patch items are available to purchase at our SPPD lobby this month during business hours; please view the attached flyer for more information. Thank you for your support🎀!
