WRMS is participating in Red Ribbon Week starting Monday, October 26 to Friday, October 30, 2020.
Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free !!

Red Ribbon Week is our nation's oldest and largest drug prevention program. The campaign is a unified way for communities to learn about drug use and its consequences. https://www.redribbon.org/

Red Ribbon Week is also a good opportunity to reinforce the importance of making healthy choices. Proper nutrition(https://www.choosemyplate.gov/), exercise (https://thrivingschools.kaiserpermanente.org/students/physical-activity/), and adequate sleep(https://www.sleepfoundation.org/children-and-sleep) are essential to a healthy lifestyle. It is also a good time to reinforce proper handwashing techniques and mask wearing (in public) to decrease the spread of viruses. We all need to do our part to keep ourselves and our community healthy and strong.

Follow the San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs on Facebook (San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs) for daily posts about substance abuse.
