Pioneer Justice Court In 2018 the Pinal County Board of Supervisors redistricted the 8 justice courts and split the Apache Junction Court into two separate jurisdictions.

Judge Babeu re-elected in 2018 now represents the new Pioneer Justice Court in San Tan Valley.

Fiscal Year 2026 Summary:
For the first eight months of fiscal year 2026, the court has processed a total of 12,358 case filings.

Revenue Collected:
For the month of February, the court collected $226,270 in fines, fees, and restitution. In accordance with state law, half of this revenue is disbursed to the Arizona State government, supporting various funds for:
Prison construction
Clean elections
Pension funds
Peace officer training
Public safety equipment
Victim rights
Other state-mandated funds
