Everything we do is backed up with DIGITAL PHOTOS and a full EXCEL INSPECTION REPORT..I even do FACETIME chats from your property from time to time..This is done each and every visit to your home...I am passionate about our business and with the drive to be the best in the industry you will be satisfied...As former Canadian Snowbirds we know the stress one has leaving the home un attended and that's where we come in.. We remove all junk flyers, newspapers, and unwanted debris from the property. Landscape inspection to ensure work is being completed by gardener. Walk around inspection of foundation and property for unwanted pests, bugs, and termites. Water meter check for unusual usage

Visual roof inspection noted.. Doors, gates, fences are checked and locked if required. Outside photo taken on house paint quality

Pool or spa inspection is done to ensure pool company is doing their job. Check breaker box for tampering. Inside home, check for unusual odors. Run all water facilities, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, washer, dishwasher, and RO systems.At the same time check for leaks. Refrigerator is noted and any dated food tossed. Thermostat is checked and regulated for you depending on the time of year...We will set it for HEAT IN WINTER AT 55F OR COOL 90F IN SPRING SUMMER EARLY FALL...

Hot water tank and soft water systems are checked as is the garage. Water pails filled to keep humidity in home. Mail is picked up

Vehicle is started or noted on charger/tender

Inside check in all rooms for pests and termites and moisture. Turn water off to the home if required. WE ARE BONDED AND INSURED....and we care!
