⚠️ update on they hydrant ⚠️
A hydrant not working seems to have created some chatter (hey glad you read our post!). But it was a mechanical issue with a hydrant that just went in a couple of years ago. We place no blame. We do not maintain them, the Sanbornville water precinct maintains them. However, this could have happened anytime to any hydrant. We check and run equipment on our apparatus all the time, sometimes it fails when we go to use it on a call. We adapt and overcome just like we did at this fire.
