There is nothing quite like Rivalry Day!

Today’s pep assembly brought the energy! We got to celebrate and recognize all of our fall sports and the students who are already out there representing the Sandites this season.

And now it’s GAME TIME!

Tonight, our Sandites are headed to Sapulpa for the 97 Rivalry. Two towns. One highway. One rivalry. One trophy.

And we know exactly where we want that trophy when the night is over… coming back up Highway 97 with us!

Let’s pack the stands, get loud, and show up for our Sandites tonight!

BEAT SAPULPA! 🏈

Added to the calendar: our upcoming Jostens events!

Did you know all of our calendar events are live on our website? The moment an event is added to the school calendar, it also goes live on our site. Ever looking for a date or wondering what’s coming up? Check there first!

Seniors will meet with Jostens to hear all about graduation regalia, announcements, and everything they’ll need as they prepare for graduation.

Sophomores will meet with Jostens to get information about class rings and the ordering process.

Mark your calendars for October 2nd!

Howdy Week has wrapped up, but there’s still plenty happening at CPHS!

What a fun-filled first full week back at school! Our students showed up, dressed up, and brought some serious Sandite spirit to the halls all week long. We loved seeing the creativity, smiles, and school spirit!

Here’s what’s coming up:

CPHS College Fair
Monday, August 31
5:00–7:00 p.m.

COIN WAR!
We’re going head-to-head with Sapulpa to support the Tulsa Area United Way! Bring your coins and cash to school and help Sandite Nation earn those Coin War bragging rights. We’re planning to bring the 97 Rivalry Trophy back up Highway 97, and we’d love to bring home the Coin War win, too!

And get ready, Sandites… our FIRST PEP ASSEMBLY is next Friday!

Howdy Week may be over, but we’re just getting started. It’s always a great day to be a Sandite!

1… 2… 3… 4… WE… DECLARE… A… COIN… WAR!

Sand Springs isn’t just heading down Highway 97 to bring home the 97 Rivalry Trophy. We want those Coin War bragging rights, too!

Sand Springs community, we need YOU to help us make it happen!

Each of our school sites is collecting coins and, of course, lots of cash to support the Tulsa Area United Way as we go head-to-head with Sapulpa in a district-wide Coin War.

Students, families, staff, local businesses, and our entire Sand Springs community, this is your chance to join the battle! Bring your donations to any Sand Springs Public Schools site and help us show Sapulpa what Sandite Nation can do when we come together.

Let’s help our students earn those bragging rights and support the Tulsa Area United Way!

Because when Sand Springs and Sapulpa compete for a great cause, EVERYONE wins!

Let the COIN WAR begin!

Call 918 246 1507 to report an absence for any student in 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

It is important that we account for every student, every day. Please be sure to let us know the reason for your student’s absence when you call. Your communication helps us ensure the well-being of our students and maintain accurate attendance records.

The earlier you report an absence, the fewer emails and phone calls you are likely to receive. Your student has seven teachers, and attendance is taken at the beginning of each class. When an absence is reported ahead of time, it helps us make sure everyone is aware and can help eliminate unnecessary calls and emails throughout the day.

Thank you for helping us keep our students safe, accounted for, and on track!
