September is Attendance Awareness Month!

At Pratt Elementary, we know that EVERY DAY COUNTS! When students are at school each day, they have more opportunities to learn, grow, make friends, participate, and reach their goals. It's also important to arrive on time, so the students are a part of their classroom routines.

Remember, if your student is going to miss school, you can report their absence by sending a message through School Status Connect or by calling the attendance office at 918-246-1551. We hope this makes reporting absences easy for you!

Let's work together to make every school day a great day to be present!

We have had a great week of learning at Pratt! Our 4th graders started making their volcanoes in science. They will kick off their learning about the 50 states with a luau next week, learning about Hawaii and their volcanos. Our 1st graders have been writing and practicing math skills with teddy bear manipulatives. They finished their teddy bear unit with a teddy bear picnic today! Today, we celebrated so many students that received a Sandite Shout Out this week!💛🎉

🍎 School Meal Reminder 🍎

Just a reminder—no more searching for the school breakfast and lunch menu! You can easily view current meal options by downloading the My School Menus App or visiting the school website.

Our students are really enjoying the new meal options! In fact, many students have been asking for a second tray. Please keep in mind that, regardless of your student’s meal plan, all second meal trays are $5.60.

We also want to thank everyone for your patience as we adjust to our new morning procedures. We are making sure that every student who would like breakfast has the opportunity to eat and has plenty of time to enjoy their meal before starting the school day.💛🖤
