Public Notice – Request for Qualifications for Youth Sports Management: Case Community Park Sports Fields and Request for Proposal: Rotary Splash Pad Concession at Case Community
Park for the 2027 operating year.

The City of Sand Springs has published multiple Requests for
Qualifications (RFQs) for the administration of youth baseball
activities, youth softball activities, and maintenance of those
facilities at Case Community Park through User Agreements.
The City of Sand Springs has also published a Request for
Proposal (RFP) for the administration of concessions for the
Rotary Splash Pad Concession at Case Community Park and
maintenance of those facilities through a User Agreement.
RFQs and RFP will be received by City of Sand Springs, 100
E Broadway St., Sand Springs, OK 74063 until 10:00 am on
Thursday, September 10, 2026. No electronic, faxed, or telephone proposals will be accepted.
