Due to weather circumstances out of our control, the decision was made by the Windham School District NOT to open the school and cancel all weekend activities through Sunday morning. Therefore, the Annual Meeting of the New Hampshire Republican State Committee previously noticed for Windham High School on Saturday, January 29, 2022 will be POSTPONED.
PROCEDURE: NHGOP Chairman Stephen Stepanek, Credentialing Chair Scott Maltzie, and Sergeant of Arms Andrew Georgevits will meet at the NHGOP HQ at 11 AM on Saturday, January 29 to gavel in the meeting and recess after determining a quorum cannot be met due to the impending storm that will hit New Hampshire in the midday and early afternoon on the day of the meeting.
The NHRSC Executive Committee will meet as regularly scheduled in February to discuss and vote on options for the continuation of the Annual Meeting. Information will then be sent to the State Committee Membership regarding the rescheduled date for the Annual Meeting.
The New Hampshire Republican State Committee is dedicated to ensuring our State Committee Members have a safe option to attend the State Committee meeting in person and will locate the best option to have our meeting in person at a future date.
