Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Returning to Normal Operations 💙

After an extraordinary week, Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center is beginning its return to normal operations following the recent wildfire emergency.

To our Veterans, employees, first responders, community partners, local health care organizations, volunteers, and everyone who stepped forward during this emergency — thank you.

The compassion, teamwork, and support shown throughout our community have been extraordinary. Most importantly, thank you to our Veterans and their families for your patience, understanding, and trust.

Our employees will return Monday, August 10, as we continue preparing to safely welcome our Veterans back. ❤️

🏥 Here’s what Veterans need to know:

🟢 OPEN MONDAY, AUGUST 10
• Coeur d’Alene VA Clinic
• Wenatchee VA Clinic
• Homeless services
• Wall Street
• Mayfair (OCC, RCT, HBPC)
• East Front Avenue
• Spokane Valley VA Clinic

🟡 REMAINING CLOSED UNTIL AUGUST 11TH
• Urgent Care Center (UCC)
• Campus outpatient clinics
• Lab
• Diagnostic Imaging
• Pharmacy
• ACU/ICU
• APU
• Operating Room (Closed until Aug 12th)
• Endoscopy (Closed until Aug 12th)
• CLC

📅 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Most services listed as closed Monday are expected to begin reopening Tuesday, August 11.

The Operating Room and Endoscopy will remain closed through Wednesday, August 12th.

⚠️ Operations may change based on wildfire conditions, emergency conditions, or facility readiness. Veterans with scheduled appointments should watch for communications from their VA care teams and check VA Spokane communication channels for the latest updates.

County, state and federal veterans organizations will welcome veterans to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post on July 16 to help connect them with Veterans Affairs resources and services.
