🇺🇸 20 YEARS OF SERVICE. SIX DAYS UNTIL THE NEXT MISSION. 🇺🇸

In six days, Brave Souls United kicks off our first veteran hunt of Fall 2026, and we’re proud to introduce our first hunter — Eric Theisinger.

Eric served 20 years in the United States Air Force, from maintaining C-130s and supporting presidential airlift to serving as a First Sergeant and Flight Chief. He deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom and spent two decades leading, serving, and taking care of those around him.

Now, we get the privilege of taking care of one of our own.

No flight line. No uniform. No mission clock.

Just Wyoming mountains and hills, bugling bulls , and veterans beside veterans.

For a few days, the mission is simple:

Hunt hard. Laugh. Reconnect with the brotherhood. Go home carrying a little less than you came with.

Connection. Brotherhood. Purpose.

Six days, Eric. The elk are waiting…

And this is only the beginning.

Every donated tag. Every landowner who opens a gate. Every business that stands behind us. Every dollar donated and every person who shares our mission puts another veteran in the mountains.

Congratulations to Phillip Hunt and Kevin Welander.

Brave Souls United was able to find an extra tag and these two will be making to trip to Wyoming together to hunt with the BSU crew, going after a mixed bag of whitetail and mule deer!
