We visited the African American History museum and the Natural History museum. Here we adopted our class pet Diego. He will make many appearances. We then visited the Franklin D Roosevelt (FDR), Martin Luther King (MLK) and ended the day with the Thomas Jefferson Memorial with a great group sunset picture, right before it started raining.
