Could Children's Special Health Care Services help your family? You may be surprised. 💙

CSHCS supports eligible children and young adults through age 26 with qualifying special health care needs, and the program covers more than 2,700 diagnoses, including conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, and asthma.

And here's something many families may not realize: eligibility is based on the medical diagnosis, not income. Families may also qualify even if they have Medicaid, MIChild or private insurance.

Your local health department can help you learn more about eligibility and the next steps to apply.
