Good afternoon Anderson County: As I sit here tonight, saddened by yet another tragic event that occurred from someone else's careless and selfish act by committing a mass shooting of innocent people. I pray for comfort for each victim's family and friends. I also pray for our leaders as they make these comments toward our second amendment rights. While laws are in place and need to be enforced to keep guns out of the hands of mentally unstable individuals; the answer is not to remove guns from law abiding citizens. It's time we start holding our elected officials accountable for their actions and comments, instead of allowing them to use tragedies to fuel their agendas.

Good morning Anderson County
I hope all is well for you and each of your families. I would like to challenge each of you to get involved in your communities through crime watch programs or volunteer opportunities. It is time that we all take a stand for our county. We can only make a change in our county if we are willing to put forth the effort to get out and vote, volunteer to help others and see that changes take place. We have got to take a stand whether it is by mentoring young people who are going down the wrong roads, assisting the elderly because they are the ones who our foundation is built upon, establishing crime watch group, looking out for our neighbors and their property or by making our voices heard. It is time to stand up Anderson County; together we can and will make our county the best in the state. Let's stand as one and help to rid our county of crime thus allowing our children and grandchildren the opportunities they deserve. Make a difference in someone’s life today, pay it forward. This is my challenge to all of you and myself!

Good morning Anderson County, I trust everyone had a restful weekend. I am in process of getting my website up and running which should be available this week. I will be out in the communities getting to know everyone and working toward earning your support as your next Sheriff. Good morning Anderson County I hope everyone is doing well. As each of you know I am running for Sheriff of Anderson County. I am humbled to have this opportunity and pray that together we can move our county forward. It discourages me,along with other law enforcement officers, when we talk with neighbors, friends, and family throughout our county and hear the negative feed back on Law Enforcement performance. It's time for this to change. Agencies throughout our county have to unite and work together along with community crime watch groups and citizens to clean our county up. It's time for us to place more deputies on the road, not to investigate more crime but to deter more crime from happening. Our Law Enforcement needs the personnel to be proactive and not reactive. They also must be given the authority to do their jobs safely and fairly. We need to insure each of them has proper training on a regular basis to insure they have the knowledge to complete each task that is presented to them. Training and accountability is a priority for my campaign, with this being said our officers must be afforded every opportunity to advance to the highest level of expertise available to law enforcement. This will be made available to all officers employed with the sheriffs office. We will be recognized as a leading agency on the State of South Carolina.

Good morning Anderson County, I hope everyone has had a peaceful night. Please take a moment this morning to remember our nation and its leaders in prayer. Fourteen years ago today our nation came under attack from terrorist who wanted to disrupt our daily lives and destroy our sense of freedom. It needs to be every Americans desire to stand steadfast and to keep America strong. As we look back on this terrible tragedy remember the loss of lives, the families that was forever effected and the scar that it placed on our nations heart. We pray for continued healing, and united growth as one nation under GOD. Gone but never forgotten. RIP our brothers and sisters.
