Before ➡️ After

This new sidewalk on Glen Errol was completed in about a month, creating a safer, more connected route for neighbors.

While some sidewalk projects move quickly, others require utility relocations, grading, drainage improvements, and more before construction can begin.

See more sidewalk projects and learn what’s planned next at SandySpringsGA.gov/Sidewalks.

Sandy Springs has changed a lot over the years, and it will continue to change. The question is: what do we want that future to look like? As we begin planning for the next 10 years, we're inviting you to join the conversation!

What would you like to see more of? Better trails? More gathering spaces? Easier ways to get around? How can we preserve what makes our community special while planning for what's ahead? These are your neighborhoods, your parks, your roads, and your city. We want to hear what's important to you.

Join us on Tuesday, June 23 at Sandy Springs City Hall, located at 1 Galambos Way, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for our first community conversation for The Next Chapter and share your ideas, questions, and hopes for the future of Sandy Springs.

Can't make it in person? You can still learn more and share your thoughts at PlanTheNextChapter.org.

Did you know the ideal pace for chest compressions is 100–120 beats per minute? And as it turns out, that’s the same BPM range as a lot of songs you already know!
