The Sandy City Council is excited to share an opportunity that could have a lasting impact on our community.

Sandy has a unique opportunity to consider the purchase of the former Crescent View Middle School property—a 17-acre site featuring significant open space and more than 128,000 square feet of existing building space adjacent to Crescent Park. Opportunities like this are rare, particularly in an established part of our city where large parcels of land seldom become available.

Before any decisions are made, we want to hear from you!

Watch this short video from us and Sandy Mayor Monica Zoltanski to learn more about the opportunity, why the property is being considered, and how you can help shape its future.

Then join us at one of our community open houses to learn more, ask questions, explore conceptual ideas, and share your feedback. Your input will play an important role as the City Council considers the future of this property.
