Our 2025-2026 Preschool Shark Pups graduated from Sandy Elementary Preschool today! The students performed songs and poems and showed us everything they learned this year- which was ALOT!!! A FIN-tastic THANK YOU goes out to our seriously AMAZING Preschool team: Teacher Kristen, Mrs. Melanie, & Mrs. Natalie.
Sandy Elementary staff and families are incredibly lucky to have you three ladies teaching and loving our preschool students. Watch Out, KINDERGARTEN- HERE WE COME!!

¡Nuestros «Cachorros Tiburón» de preescolar 2025-2026 se graduaron hoy del Preescolar de Sandy Elementary! Los estudiantes interpretaron canciones y recitaron poemas, mostrándonos todo lo que aprendieron este año... ¡¡¡que fue muchísimo!!! Un AGRADECIMIENTO «aleti-fantástico» va dirigido a nuestro equipo de preescolar, que es verdaderamente INCREÍBLE: la maestra Kristen, la Sra. Melanie y la Sra. Natalie.
El personal y las familias de Sandy Elementary somos increíblemente afortunados de contar con ustedes tres para enseñar y brindar tanto cariño a nuestros estudiantes de preescolar. ¡¡¡Estamos MÁS que listos para el KINDERGARTEN!!!

Please mark your calendars for our End-of-the-Year Sandy Community Carnival-Friday, May 15th from 4pm-7pm. FREE entry and games. FREE student raffle. NO tickets. NO wristbands. Just come and have fun with our Sandy Shark Community.

A variety of Food Truck options will be available for purchase(Card and Cash accepted).
We will also sell Popcorn for .50cents and Cotton Candy for $1.00 (Cash Only).
Entertainment will begin at 5:30pm.
Hope to see all our Sandy Shark Families there!!

Below is the itinerary of weekly events along with suggestions of ways you can contribute to the fun as we show our Teachers and Staff the appreciation they deserve. Thanks to our Art Teacher Extraordinaire, Mrs. Goaslind, Sandy Elementary had a FIN-tastic Art Show yesterday. Each grade made art pieces associated with specific books. From elephants to guitars, our Sandy Sharks let their imaginations run wild. Thank you to our Sandy Elementary community for coming to support our school and students at our Literacy Family Night/ Art Show last night and Thank you, Mrs. G- You are simply THE BEST!!!

Gracias a nuestra extraordinaria profesora de arte, la Sra. Goaslind, la Escuela Primaria Sandy tuvo ayer una fantástica exposición de arte. Cada curso creó obras de arte relacionadas con libros específicos. Desde elefantes hasta guitarras, nuestros alumnos de Sandy dieron rienda suelta a su imaginación. ¡Gracias, Sra.
