🌟 Citizens Police Academy Update! 🌟

This week, our Citizens Police Academy participants learned about the critical world of emergency dispatching from SRCC dispatchers Morgan Jacques and Tracy Cote.

They covered how the Sanford Regional Communications Center handles 911 calls and dispatches for York County Sheriff’s patrol areas, six towns for police services, and multiple fire/EMS agencies—making them the first lifeline in emergencies!

Huge thanks to Morgan and Tracy for sharing their expertise and showing the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep our region safe.
