Our SMS GOAT of the week goes to the incredible Mrs. VanLeuven. Here is what her colleague had to say about her:
One of the hardest challenges I have faced this entire year is deciding whom our next GOAT should be. There are so many beautiful, creative, loving, hard-working, intelligent people in our midst. We are so blessed! Thank you, Lord!
Without further ado, my selection to receive the GOAT award is none other than the beautiful office secretary, Jenny Van Leuven. Not long after I started working at SMS, Jenny and I sat down to do our training together. It was then, when I discovered her heart of gold. When we watched the videos about bullying etc, she shared personal stories with me, and we really opened up to each other that day. She is also a hoot to be around. She loves to play pranks on people, and she makes the work environment a fun place to be.
When it comes to getting things done, she works tirelessly to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Occasionally, I have had to ask her to fix my timesheet, and she has always been very gracious to me (even when it was my fault.😅) She is often working behind the scenes to make sure that we have everything that we need to function as a campus. I consider her a dear friend, and I love her to pieces! Please join me in letting her know how much we appreciate all that she does for our SMS Family.
