Registration for our youth basketball league will open at the beginning of September and starts at $55. The fee will go up ten dollars every month until December. The season runs during the months of January and February with practice starting in December. Registration is done online.

Registering early helps us to form teams sooner and saves you money. The 12 - 14 age group will have its teams formed via a draft at a date to be determined later.

If you are interested in coaching, please visit ci.sanger.ca.us and full of a volunteer application. Volunteers that coach will have theirs child's fee waived.

The Sanger Cooling Center will continue to be active through at least Monday, August 10,2026.

The Cooling center operates from noon to 6 pm when temperatures reach or exceed 105 degrees. This summer the Sanger Cooling Center will be hosted at the Sanger Senior Center, 730 Recreation ave. Water and wifi are available upon request.

Session 8, yes, we are squeezing in a Session 8 of swim lessons. Registration will open at 9 am on Wednesday August 5, 2026.

This session we will only offer limited private/semi-private classes.

A semi-private class is for those close in age and skill set, and will familiarity of each other to learn together.

Take advantage of this offering before we close the gates for the 2026 summer season.
