☀ Heat Safety Starts With You! 🌡
Extreme heat can be dangerous, but a few simple steps can help keep you safe. Stay hydrated, avoid being outdoors during the hottest hours of the day (11 AM–5 PM), and don’t forget to apply SPF 50+ sunscreen before heading outside.
If you or a loved one experiences dizziness, confusion, nausea, or signs of heat exhaustion, move to a cool place, drink water, and seek medical attention if symptoms worsen.

Stay cool. Stay protected. Stay safe this summer.
