UPDATE: Leak is fixed should, have full water pressure in about 30 minutes

The south side of town will have water pressure reduced due to a water leak. Crews are currently in route to repair the broken line.

Recent rains have been a blessing, but please remember to water wisely this summer. Outdoor watering can account for 50-80% of household water use, so small changes can make a big difference. Water slowly to prevent runoff and avoid watering during the hottest part of the day to reduce evaporation. Also, please report water leaks or broken water lines to City Hall promptly.

Attention residents near First United Methodist Church in Santa Anna, a potentially hazardous situation has arisen due to an aggressive bee hive located behind the church. A professional bee keeper is scheduled to mitigate the situation tomorrow afternoon. Please exercise caution when engaging in lawn maintenance activities in the vicinity. Recently, a groundskeeper was severely stung and required medical attention.
