Today, we celebrate Women's Equality Day and recognize the progress made toward expanding opportunities for women while reflecting on the importance of continuing to support one another.

At the Breast Cancer Resource Center, we believe every person facing breast cancer deserves access to compassionate care, trusted resources, education, and a community that walks alongside them, regardless of their circumstances.

Because of the generosity of our donors and community partners who believe deeply in our mission, every BCRC program and service is provided free of charge. Their support helps ensure that anyone who turns to us can receive the care, guidance, and connection they need without financial barriers.

Today, we're especially grateful for a community that believes in lifting one another up and making hope, healing, and support accessible to all.

đź’– Together, we're building a stronger, healthier, and more compassionate Santa Barbara.

Cancer can take so much…your energy, your confidence, your routine, and sometimes even your sense of self. Reclaiming joy can be as simple as putting on the brightest earrings you can find. 💖✨

Debbie reminds us that healing isn’t just about treatment; it’s also about embracing the little things that bring happiness, confidence, and a sense of self.

Your support of the Breast Cancer Resource Center helps provide free programs, compassionate support, and meaningful connections that bring hope and light to individuals navigating a breast cancer diagnosis.

On International Day of Friendship, we are honoring the incredible power of peer connection đź’—

A breast cancer diagnosis can make your world feel very small, very fast. But as one of our clients shared, finding BCRC meant finding “...a place to go where you can talk to people who are going through it too... I was surrounded by so much support.”

Our support groups and peer-to-peer mentoring programs are designed to break through the isolation. No filters, no judgment—just a community of people who truly understand what you're experiencing, every step of the way.

Best of all? Accessing this community will never cost you a dime.
