Santa Cruz Rotary Club

Santa Cruz Rotary Club Santa Cruz Rotary Club is part of Rotary International Santa Cruz Rotary serves the northern part of Santa Cruz County, California.

Six other clubs serve other areas of the county. We raise funds to help eradicate polio from the world, to provide college scholarships to our local students, to support local non-profits, to provide wheelchairs in Third World countries, and to help make the world better in any way we can.

Attention area students! There is still a little more time to apply for a Rotary Club of Santa Cruz Academic Scholarship.

Applications are due this Friday, March 13. You can learn more and find the form to apply here: https://www.santacruzrotary.com/academic-scholarship

Students who reside in Santa Cruz County and are graduating from Santa Cruz High School, Harbor High School, Pacific Collegiate, Kirby, Delta and Costanoa are eligible to apply.

Saturday Shoutout!
On Veterans Day more than two dozen volunteers helped our Club raise and lower flags in honor of those who have served and are currently serving.🇺🇸❤️

Thinking of and so grateful for all those who have served and are currently serving.🇺🇸❤️

We raised around 200 flags this morning. Later today, another group of volunteers will be on site to lower and properly pack the flags.

This is a tribute that occurs several times each year - other dates include Memorial Day and the 4th of July.

We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in this event and honor those who have served and their families.

Special thanks to the Santa Cruz Warriors for their partnership in this event.

Cheers to another Santa Cruz Rotary Social!
Outside of weekly meetings, our Club tries to get together monthly to connect and have fun in a more informal setting. Often times the events are held at the home of a Rotarian. Non-members are always welcome to these events, it’s a great way to get to know our Club! (So let us know if you’re interested!)
