Although currently working with ages 1-5, I have a wide range of experience with children from infancy to early teens. The children play together & explore a variety of learning materials (books, music, blocks, paint, sand, water, play-doh, etc.). Families share healthy food/beverages/ingredients for snacks & lunch preparation. I work in the family's homes & require parents do the dropping-off/picking-up. If/when possible I will help with light household chores. Family pets & caring for them have always been an integral part of the group. Once we've established consistency, there is opportunity for the other enrichment activities such as visits to parks, beaches & libraries. I own & use my own vehicle for special occasions (equipped with car seats) & help with shuttling of part-time pre-schoolers in our group.
