Wisdom Workshops
Our Wisdom Workshops are weekly sessions created specifically for LGBTQ+ older adults, offering a supportive space to explore topics that nurture physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each week features a new focus, with workshops that include Trauma-Informed Chair Yoga, Music Bingo, Elder Abuse Awareness, Understanding SOGIE (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression), LGBTQ+ Movie Screenings, and Ecological Awareness.

This play group is for children who are 10 years old and younger and their caregivers, with siblings welcome. We will have an art activity, a story, some light snacks, and PLAY!
