The City’s Vacant Storefront Window Covering Pilot Program is a collaborative partnership between property owners, management and the City to enhance downtown vibrancy. By providing and installing decorative window clings at no cost, the program helps storefronts meet Vibrancy Ordinance standards while transforming vacant spaces into vibrant visual anchors.

Designed by , these high-quality installations ensure Pacific Avenue remains inviting and cohesive while ground-floor retail spaces transition to new occupancy.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for free outdoor screenings. The event series is free to attend and will feature family-friendly programming throughout the summer.
