We are working out the details for a community watch party Monday, November 2nd. It is going to be a BIG night for Allie Rae! We will release details once they are confirmed but make plans to join us to support our hometown girl!

I was able to sneak down to the Galveston Republican Women monthly luncheon today. Julie Pickren gave a report on the great things the SBOE is doing for our school kids. It is always good to see familiar faces and support the ladies that do so much for our party!

Enjoyed hearing from Dr. Kevin Bott for the State of Education today at the Chamber Luncheon. Our students and staff continue to excel in all areas!

“They could have gone and got a box of Whataburger taquitos and Starbucks coffee, but they didn’t,” Noto said. “They took the time to call our chamber of commerce and say, ‘Hey, we’re going to want coffee and refreshments. Can you send us your local chamber members that provide those products for us?’”

The new facility will serve as a home base for about 130 employees and 60 to 70 service trucks, offering a more centralized location for operations in the county.
