She delivered a thorough and confident overview of the detachment’s mission and operational capabilities, demonstrating poise, professionalism, and a strong understanding of command and control procedures. Her ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership showcased her leadership potential and brought great credit upon herself and the unit.

He provided hands-on instruction, demonstrated proper construction techniques, and reinforced engineering standards, ensuring Soldiers developed the knowledge, confidence, and technical skills necessary to successfully execute mission-essential tasks.

Soldiers integrated structural framing, flooring, roofing, exterior sheathing, window installation, and finishing components while adhering to engineering standards and mission timelines. The project showcased the detachment’s technical expertise, strengthened collective readiness, and validated the unit’s ability to execute complex vertical construction missions in expeditionary environments.

During periods of operational downtime at CSTX 26-02, PFC Soto and PVT Bensojo took the initiative to plan and conduct Combat Lifesaver (CLS) training for fellow Soldiers. Their proactive approach maximized available training time while reinforcing critical lifesaving skills, casualty assessment, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) procedures.
