New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) Home Recovery Program: Town Halls & Workshops

Residents in Lincoln County can get in-person help and learn more about the New Mexico Home Recovery Program through upcoming town halls and workshops.

Attendees can:
- Get help completing applications
- Receive assistance with document submission

Workshops will focus on hands-on application assistance, while town halls will provide program updates, answer questions, and gather community feedback.

We're hosting workshops and town halls in Lincoln and Chaves counties to help residents with applications for the Home Recovery Program and to answer questions about the program and process.

The Home Recovery Program provides direct assistance to those who have fire or flood damaged homes in Lincoln and Chaves counties by identifying needs and hiring a contractor to get the work done.
