The YCC Commission will initiate a Rule change in February. The rule interprets our statute and affects people and organizations served by the YCC.

We invite informal input at this time. https://www.emnrd.nm.gov/about-ycc/ycc-annual-reports/ has a link to the draft rule.

You may provide input by sending comments to [email protected] or join a webinar (https://nmemnrd.webex.com/nmemnrd/j.php?MTID=maf2e908c623a4e6b66a7f51cf7c489bb) on January 23, 2024 at 10AM Mountain Standard time.

Comments may be submitted through February 21, 2024. There will be further opportunity to comment during the formal comment period later this spring.
