Think you will have the most patriotic outfit at the Stars Over 6 Independence Day Celebration?

Whether you go all out with stars and stripes, patriotic accessories, or a creative Independence Day-themed outfit, we want to see your American spirit shine in the Most Patriotic Contest!

Participants will be judged on:
-Patriotic Spirit
-Creativity
-Originality

🏆 Two winners will be selected:
-Most Patriotic Female
-Most Patriotic Male

The contest is open to all ages, and all attire must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public community event.

If you would like to participate, please plan to make your way to the covered pavilion area by 7:30 p.m. Contest participants will be gathered and called to the stage shortly afterwards for judging.

Wear your best red, white, and blue and join the fun!

📢 Now Accepting Applications

The City of Santa Fe is currently seeking residents who live within the Santa Fe city limits to apply to volunteer on the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

There are three positions and one alternate position expiring in July 2026.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment plays an important role in reviewing zoning appeals and ensuring regulations are applied fairly and consistently across our community.

Members appointed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment also serve on the Building Standards Commission, which is responsible for reviewing unsafe structures and determining appropriate action when needed.

City Council will appoint the Zoning Board of Adjustment Board Members at the following City Council Regular Meeting on July 16, 2026.

At last Thursday's City Council meeting, City Manager Seth Collins recognized and thanked Georgia Argentine for her three years of dedication and service to the City of Santa Fe.

As Community Services Director, Georgia greatly contributed to the growth and development of the Community Services Department. Through her leadership, hard work, and commitment to serving our residents, she helped strengthen programs, improve services, and build a department that continues to make a positive impact on our community.

We are grateful for the time, effort, and passion she brought to her role and wish her continued success in all her future endeavors. Thank you, Georgia, for your service to the City of Santa Fe and the community you served.
