Here's a quote from LAWeekly.com's review: "...good-old-boy lawyer Billy Rafferty (an oily Larry Gesling) is the power behind the kind of corrupt business/political establishment that would make Dick Cheney and Halliburton seem paragons of corporate/civic virtue."

The "Santa Monica Mirror" loves Larry! Here's a quote from Friday's review: "Dominating all his scenes is Larry Gesling, a Morgan-Wixson company veteran, as Rafferty. He manages to make the character detestable without resorting to scenery-chewing."

Many thanks to SITA fan Kim Price for posting this on her wall:

Saw a great new play this past weekend! It's called "Sand in the Air" and is being produced at the Morgan-Wixson in Santa Monica. It 's a World Premiere; well written and based on a true story! Political, Sexual, Thought-Provoking...the play's got it all! Go see!

A quote from a recent review: "The cast does a great job of creating the small town feel that is held together by the factory that rules it. Gesling plays a standout character whose amusing lawyer jokes do their job to deflect the truth he is hiding. Barbara Lanigan portrays the town fl**zy, Thelmae, and is easily remembered for her flashy clothing and swinging gait."
