Wise & Healthy Aging Wise & Healthy Aging has been serving older adults, their families & caregivers for over 50 years.

WISE & Healthy Aging is the result of a 2007 merge between WISE Senior Services and Center for Healthy Aging (formerly Senior Health & Peer Counseling). Each organization served the community for more than three decades, earning national reputations for innovative and effective programs and services. Today, WISE & Healthy Aging acts as the as the trusted source and voice between senior adults and services available to seniors in Los Angeles County.

Wise & Healthy Aging had the pleasure of hosting Jennifer Bramen, PhD, of Pacific Neuroscience Institute this past Monday for her lecture, Wiser Brain Health, onsite at WISE. A neuroscientist with expertise in neuroscience research, advanced neuroimaging, and non-pharmacological interventions for cognitive decline, Dr. Bramen discussed recent research on lifestyle and brain health and shared methods to protect and support brain health as folks age.

Thank you to Dr. Bramen for a wonderful and informative presentation and to the Alzheimer's Association for being on hand to share valuable information and resources.
