Congratulations to Edison Language Academy, John Adams Middle School and Santa Monica High School’s Project-Based Learning Pathway on receiving Santa Monica Education Foundation Golden Airplane Awards! ✈️🏆

Edison received the elementary school award, John Adams Middle School received the middle school award and PBL Pathway received the award among Santa Monica High School’s houses.

The Golden Airplane recognizes schools with the highest parent participation in donations to the Santa Monica Education Foundation. John Adams Middle School’s Dragon Day brought students together for pep rallies, dancing in the quad and activities designed to build school spirit and connection. The event gave students, especially incoming sixth graders, an opportunity to get to know the JAMS community, build confidence and start the school year with a strong sense of belonging.
