IAFF Local 3516 is proud to announce our latest charity raffle, featuring an incredible fishing charter donated by one of our own, Firefighter Nate Stow of Stow Away Fishing!

One lucky winner and up to five guests (6 total people) will enjoy a 5-hour fishing charter aboard a premier local fishing vessel—a prize valued at $1,100.

It’s that time of year again!

Back-to-school is always one of our members’ favorite events. We love getting out there, seeing the kids’ smiles, and reminding everyone to slow down and watch out for our students.

Hopefully, you won’t need to see us for anything more than holding signs and waving, but if you do, we’ve got you covered! 😉

Today is a proud day for South Walton Fire District and our entire community.

Please join IAFF Local 3516 in congratulating Fire Chief Ryan Crawford on being sworn in as President of the Florida Fire Chiefs’ Association.

This is one of the highest leadership positions in the Florida fire service and reflects the trust and respect Chief Crawford has earned from fire service leaders across our state. His election is not only a tremendous personal achievement, but also a recognition of the professionalism and excellence represented by South Walton Fire District.

As he helps lead conversations on the future of the fire service, public safety, and statewide legislative priorities, our community will have a strong voice helping shape the direction of Florida’s fire service.

On behalf of the members of IAFF Local 3516, congratulations, Chief Crawford. We are proud to see our department represented at the highest levels and wish you great success during your presidency.
