InterFaith Shelter Network

InterFaith Shelter Network Homeless Housing & Services Program participants have up to 2 years to stabilize, (physically, mentally, fiscally, etc.,) recover, and rebuild their lives.

IFSN—born in 1989 and incorporated in September 1991—serves all homeless target populations with emphasis on those most vulnerable; IFSN serves an average of 150 individuals and families annually. Operations include 9 Transitional Housing Programs—each strategically developed for specific target populations--in 13 facilities, (12 are located in Santa Rosa—1 is located in Glen Ellen). Wrap-around,

self-actualizing services insure successful outcomes. Services include: comprehensive case-management, psychotherapy, counseling, behavior modification, skill-building, employment and income development and other miscellaneous services. Community resource and mainstream service linkage is coordinated via formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and informal arrangements with fellow service providers, and includes: parenting, child-care, rehabilitation/recovery and substance abuse educational services; employment services, permanent housing preparation and placement, legal aid and other miscellaneous services.
