For over sixty years, Head Start has helped children and families by giving them chances to learn, grow, and succeed. Since 1965, millions of children have benefited from early education, healthy meals, health services, and supportive environments that build their confidence for the future.

At Sonoma CAN, we are proud to carry on this mission by supporting children, helping parents, and strengthening families in our community. Cheers to 61 years of giving every child the strong start they deserve, and to many more years to come.❤️

We’re proud to celebrate Iliana Valenzuela for graduating from the Los Cien Bridge Program! 🎉

The Bridge Program is designed to educate and empower participants with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to become impactful board and commission members. Its mission is to increase diversity on nonprofit boards and commissions throughout Sonoma County while uplifting Latinx and other underrepresented community members into leadership and decision-making roles.

Congratulations, Iliana, on this incredible accomplishment and for taking another step toward creating meaningful systemic change in our community.
