Women’s Historical Fashion Show
The Historical Dressers Group joined us today to display clothing from the late 1700’s to the 1800’s. Our residents found it not only informative but quite entertaining! What a pleasure it was to have them join us!

Our first ever family movie night at Lantern Crest at The Plaza!!! 🎥🍿🍫 Loved ones joined residents as we watched Coco, ate some yummy snacks, and made some memories, all under the San Diego stars in our outdoor courtyard movie theater! 💫 We hope to see you at our next family movie night!!

My Inspiration For Lantern Crest: My Parents, Daniel and Virginia
I consider myself very fortunate to have grown up in San Diego with loving parents who stressed family first. Several years ago, I was faced with the challenge of finding an Assisted Living Community for my father. My father was the most important man in my life and when my mother could no longer safely care for him, my search for his new home began. I quickly discovered the available choices had very little life or vibrancy. They were dark, old, and somewhat institutional. I felt terrible moving the most important man in my life to one of these choices, but I had no other options.
When the chance to develop Lantern Crest came along, I saw it as an opportunity to offer our parents and grandparents a better way to live. Lantern Crest is a way to give our parents and grandparents a great home and lifestyle. I decided that Lantern Crest should be an affordable luxury for our parents. A beautiful place to live, full of life and vibrancy with all the amenities, features, and services they could want or need.
It is my commitment to all of our parents and grandparents for Lantern Crest to offer a wonderful lifestyle full of love and gratitude. I would be very proud to have my father live at Lantern Crest.
