Polecat Creek continues rise and will create flash flooding through tomorrow afternoon.

Rain will impact the area off and on through tomorrow night. There are small chances of thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon with gusting winds and small hail.

Please use caution while driving, leave space between you and other vehicles and be aware of ponding on roadways and in low-lying areas.
DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH STAND OR FLOODING AREAS, Roadbase can be damage or washed out under the water.

Forecast update: Flash Flood Warning has been extended through 3pm today.

Forecast for tomorrow is Flood Watch from Sunday morning through the evening hours. Focus is on low-lying roadways, creeks and rivers as run-off water will overflow creeks and rivers.

We continue to be under a Flash Flood Warning through noon today for north-central Creek Co. area of focus is low-lying areas, as well as ponding on roadways.

Rain will continue throughout today and into midday tomorrow.

Use caution while driving and watch for slick walkways and sidewalks.

We have potential for rain showers through Monday. Widespread showers and thunderstorms will develop later today, with most developing in far eastern OK into Arkansas.
Showers and thunderstorms will develop Saturday through Monday with a few storms becoming strong with gusty winds up to 60mph.

Also be aware that conditions will gradually dry out next week with temperatures increasing, as well as heat indices potentially reaching between 100-110 F. - - Make sure to take precautions when working outside taking breaks frequently and check on neighbors, especially elderly and keep an eye on your pets.

Good Morning! As we enter into the end of the week, rain chances will increase and there will potential for excessive rainfall amounts across the area, including areas of Creek County. Within the rain systems there are probabilities for some isolated storms producing gusting winds up to 60+mph and hail (1"-2" size).

Be aware of excessive rainfall and if you must be out, watch for ponding of water on roadways, water across low-lying areas and the potential for Flash Flooding.

We will attempt to update as forecasts change, have multiple sources for weather information and ensure that your vehicle Go Kit has rain gear with it.
