Shout out to Dizzy Dean Electric!
They noticed our event center lighting needed some work so they came in and updated us to LED lights, dimmers and replaced ceiling tiles!

Having people in our community that see a need and fill a need is something we will always appreciate!

Our event center is used by several youth and senior organizations throughout the year free of charge. Elks members keep up with maintenance and cleanings ourselves so we can offer this service to serve our community. But any help is always appreciated!

Our event center is also available to rent! We provide tables and chairs as well! Starting price is $400 for the day and we have a commercial kitchen available! Please call 9189510442 and ask for Gail if you are interested in the event center. Funds from the events center also help keep our lodge running and giving back to the community! 🥰

Who remembers Smokin' in Sapulpa?!
- - - FOOD COOK OFF AND CONTEST!

We loved hosting that event and now we are bringing it back in an exciting way on our property!

Join us October 17th from 5pm-10pm for a fun filled event!

The Elks will be selling trays to the public for $20 for the sampling competition! Prize money will go to Sapulpa’s favorite!

— We are going for Octoberfest vibes except celebrating every culture! Get ready to loosen your belt as you try foods from all over the world!

$25 vendor fee for merchandise vendors, located in the back parking lot. Crafts, woodworking and more accepted!

$0 food truck fee but we will need 75ish bite size samples for tray sales that you will serve from your truck. You will also have a voting jar at your truck. *Prize money determined by amount of trucks registered. Food trucks will be in front parking lot. Trucks open to the public for food!

Kids Zone - back yard area

Cool down, food court and live band will be in the event center

Elks Lodge Bar will be open to the public.

Sapulpa Elks take Route 66!
Rascals On Route 66 held a derby race downtown Sapulpa on the historic Route 66! The Sapulpa Elks were all hands on deck with several volunteers and racers for this event! We had over a dozen Elks and 8 Antlers on the team! We had a great time and we are already planning and Elk soapbox car for next year!! Who can help us build the fastest derby car?
